Summit Clinical Labs has partnered with certain medical facilities requesting patients get an RT-PCR COVID-19 prior to their procedure

How to Get Tested

Go to our Brookfield lab and let us know you're here for a pre-procedural request.

Please bring a copy of your ID and insurance card.

If you are being tested for a medical procedure at a medical facility not listed below, speak to our staff and we can send results to the medical facility making the request.

Results are automatically submitted, directly to our partnering medical facilities. They should notify you in the case of a positive result to reschedule your appointment.
